Our Story
Founded in 1998, Parrott Landscaping has grown into one of southeast Michigan’s premier providers of commercial and residential landscape services. Backed by decades of experience and a reputation for unmatched attention to detail, we’ve built lasting relationships through quality work and consistent results. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our client retention rate of over 98% and an employee retention rate so high it’s unheard of in our industry. Today, we proudly serve a wide range of clients across most of southern Michigan.
Parrott is owner-led by Melissa Funk, who learned every part of operations firsthand, spending years in the field before stepping into full-time leadership as the company expanded. Over the years, Parrott has grown more than twenty-fold by doing the basics exceptionally well: showing up, communicating clearly, and consistently delivering high quality results. Value is our middle name.
We support municipalities and DDA’s, medical offices/clinics, industrial facilities, hospitality, retail, financial services, and large commercial properties with dependable maintenance, smart enhancements, irrigation support, and liability-minded snow and ice management.
